What do you mean, “no latte”?

A lot of folks in the general Seattle/Western Washington area have a big concern that I hear at least twice daily:

What do I do about my coffee if I can’t have milk/soy/etc!?”

So here is the solution!

If you are used to putting creamer into black coffee or your americano, use 1/4-1/2 a scoop of your protein powder instead. It is sweet and creamy and does the trick. If you have a little frother or whisk, that’s even better, but not necessary.

If you’re more a latte or mocha kind of person, substitute the water for making your shake with coffee instead. If you add it to the vanilla -> latte, added to the chocolate -> mocha! This works with both hot or cold coffee so play around to find what is perfect for you!

Ta da! A great substitution that is totally diet “legal”!
